Hospice Niagara receives approximately 50% of its operating costs from the Ministry of Health. The remaining 50% is raised through community donations.
We are only able to maintain our level and quality of services because of the generosity of our supporters – through their gifts and through their volunteer activities. Continued financial assistance is vital to our ability to serve the community.

Membership
At the AGM in June 2009, it was decided that the amendments to the bylaw regarding membership determination were to be changed, effective immediately. The bylaw now states that a right of membership is based on annual donations made by an individual in excess of $10. This entitles members to attend the AGM and to have voting privileges. Donors under the age of 18 and employees remain excluded from the voting entitlement. If you have questions about membership, please contact the administration office at info@hospiceniagara.ca.
