FOR YOUTH AGES 14 (grade 9) TO 18 YEARS

The Adolescent Bereavement Support Program is a peer support program for adolescents (ages 14 to 18 years of age). The program provides an opportunity for adolescents to remember, validate and commemorate the death of their loved one. The next group runs Thursdays, May 11th to June 28th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Connect with other teens who are grieving the death of a significant person in their lives by joining our Facebook group: Hospice Niagara Teen 2 Teen.

Resource Library - our library has a variety of books - fiction and non-fiction to assist teens who are grieving the death of a loved one.

Hospice Niagara hosts a Teen 2 Teen event every spring for teens have experienced the death of a significant loved one. This program is designed to get teens talking to each other, learn coping skills and share stories. For more info about Teen 2 Teen: My grief story, check out our video at
